Stand-up paddle adventure

 Enjoy the calm, clear waters off the southern coast of Tenerife on this 2.5-hour stand-up paddle board adventure. Learn all the basics from a knowledgeable instructor and get close to the colorful local marine life with a snorkeling break. 

Start off with some important safety information including how to stand and control the board, proper stroke, and turning techniques, correct posture and positioning, and safe entry and exit from the water. Then, hop on the water and get started in the calm bay of Los Cristianos.

Dive under the waves with a snorkel to discover the colorful nature reserve of Malpais de Teno-Rasca. Keep an eye out for dolphins, fish, and even sea turtles. Stand-up paddle boards are suitable for beginners and experienced alike, making this a fun activity for all.
